This publication was created as a tool for parents of children with hearing loss. It helps them to cope with all of the doctors, government assistance and equipment that will be an integral part of their child’s life.
The client, Center for Family Involvement at VCU, wanted to highlight photographs of children they had assisted over the years. They also wanted to maintain their brand identity by using their color palette and create a fun design that connected with children and their parents.
For this design, I collaborated with my business partner at Medulla, Jessica Fleenor. This is the second version of this publication, the first of which we designed and was published in 2013. In addition to the layout, this project included several custom illustrations and infographics. This design was created in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and consists of 74 pages. It is available in print and digital formats.
