This Powerpoint design is for Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services (DBHDS). As a non-profit organization, DBHDS works with people across the State of Virginia who have developmental disabilities and mental health issues. Their goal is to support individuals by promoting recovery, self-determination and wellness in all aspects of life.
I collaborated with my partner at Medulla, Jessica Fleenor, for this project. The client requested a series of 11 educational modules (514 slides) to train their Support Coordination and Case Managers. Because this project was very time-sensitive and needed to be completed within six weeks, we opted for a fairly simple theme that could be replicated quickly. It was necessary that the information would be accessible to people who are visually impaired, so the client requested that we use Arial — a font that is comparatively easy to read. In addition to the slide layouts, we also created a series infographics to more effectively communicate the information.
This Powerpoint design was created in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) then converted to Powerpoint files. Images were sourced from iStockphoto.
